louis 6ff8a63887 feat(orders): Segmented UI + catalog thumbnails in CreateOrderDrawer (SPEC-STD-5) ... Replace Select→Segmented for order type (Импорт Excel / Товар из каталога). Product Select shows 28x28 thumbnails, code+name, and base price ₽/ед. Fix critical notification modal blocking E2E tests (dismissCriticalModal in loginAs).
